It’s essential that you register on BitPlay.ag before playing on your preferred platforms, deposit, and withdraw your cash. To register, visit BitPlay.ag. Then, click on the “Sign Up” button. You’ll be directed to a registration form page where you enter your correct details.
In the registration form, you’ll be required to submit your full name, email, phone number, password, and photos of your ID card from the front and back, and also a photo of yourself holding your ID card. Please check the photo requirements and make sure that the submitted ID photos are acceptable.
After submitting the complete registration form, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us. The registration process takes less than 24 hours to complete as our team reviews and approves your registration. So during that time, your account will be pending.
When your account gets approved, you’ll get a confirmation email with all the necessary details. You can also request to play on other platforms by clicking on your profile's “Platforms” tab.
As you finalize the registration process, the next step is how you can deposit cash. In BitPlay, we only accept Bitcoin as a payment method. The first step to make a deposit is to visit the “Deposit” page from the site menu. Then, choose your preferred platform and the amount you want to add to your account. Please note that the minimum possible amount is $10 for deposits.
From there, go to “Cart” and click on “Proceed to Checkout.” You’ll see the bonuses you’ve won, together with the amount you deposited, on the next page. After that, click on the “Pay with Bitcoin,” enter your email address, and complete the payment.
There are two ways to complete. First, you can use your Bitcoin wallet by scanning the QR code. Second, you can send the written amount to the displayed BTC address on the screen.
Now, you’re done.
All that’s left is for you to hold on until we receive your payment. That usually takes less than an hour, but be informed that the speed of confirmation depends on the transaction fee you are paying and it can take up to 12 hours when the fee is low. And whenever we receive the payment, you’ll see the payment in your platform account.
Now the withdrawal process is more straightforward. All you have to do is click on the “Withdrawal” button on the menu. When you do that, you’ll be redirected to a withdrawal page. On that page, you’ll have to fill a form that specifies the platform and the amount you want to withdraw. Please note that the minimum possible amount to withdraw is $20.
Please note: if you’ve not added your Bitcoin address to your profile, you’ll have to add it before you can make any request. After completing the withdrawal request, our team will review your request and quickly send your payment to your Bitcoin address.
You’ll receive the amount at your Bitcoin address within 48 hours of your request.
